First match the General tab settings seen here: Next, go to the Local Profiles tab and type in ‘nier’. Type a branch name, readme-edits, into the new branch text box. From Program Files, locate your game's folder. Everyone should have access to games without worrying about hardware. In my installer (the default installer in VS2010, not ClickOnce) I have used the folder named "User's Application Data Folder" which seem to be C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming. Open File Explorer and navigate to the folder where Steam is installed.
